Ken was the head boys’ basketball coach at La Crosse Central High School for 23 years. He is a past president of theWisconsin Basketball Coach Association and is the Wisconsin representative to the National High School BasketballCoaches Association (NHSBCA). During his 30-plus years as a member of the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association, he has served as chairman of the Hall of Fame Section committee, chairmen of Academic All-State selection committee, and a member of the All-Star team selection committee. He is presently the assistant to the WBCA Executive director, Jerry Petitgoue. He was inducted in the WBCA Hall of Fame in 2005 and then into the NHSBCA Court of Honor in 2016. He is presently the women’s golf coach at Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
